We receive more documents than our editors can read carefully.

Document and content intelligence

Tools that read, check and prepare documents such as manuscripts, so your experts spend their time on the decisions that need them.

Last updated

We build tools that read, check and prepare documents, such as manuscripts, reports and course material. They flag what needs attention so your experts can focus on the decisions. The expert always makes the final call.

What we build

  • Screening tools that check documents against your requirements before an expert reviews them.
  • Checking tools for text overlap, copyediting quality and formatting.
  • Production tools that assemble issues, cover pages and tables of contents.

How we work

  1. Step 1: Discover

    2–3 weeks

We agree the problem, the people who will use the tool and how we will measure success. We look at your data and the systems the tool must work with.

You receive: A short scoping note with the plan, the risks and a price range.

  2. Step 2: Pilot

    6–10 weeks

We build a small working version for one task and test it with a small group of real users. A pilot, not a platform.

You receive: A working pilot and a written evaluation of what worked and what did not.

  3. Step 3: Build

    3–6 months

We turn the pilot into a production tool, with the integrations, access control, privacy notices and tests it needs.

You receive: The production tool, its documentation and a handover session.

  4. Step 4: Run

    Ongoing, by agreement

We host, monitor and improve the tool. We use the same health checks and support process that we use for our own applications.

You receive: Monitoring, support and regular updates. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:30 IST, excluding Indian public holidays, with urgent issues raised on the support ticket channel, and a monthly service report.

Is this a fit?

A good fit if

  • You handle a steady flow of similar documents.
  • You have written guidelines or checklists that experts already follow.
  • You can share sample documents for a pilot.

Not a fit if

  • Each document is unique and has no shared rules to check against.
  • You want the tool to make final accept or reject decisions without an expert.

Questions buyers ask

How long does a pilot take?

It depends on your data and the systems we connect to. Most pilots take 6–10 weeks. We confirm the timeline in the scoping note.

Does the tool replace our editors?

No. It flags issues and prepares drafts. Your editors review the results and make every final decision.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

We agree how your data is used before any work starts, and we write it into the contract. Your data is processed only by the AI providers listed on our sub-processors page, under their enterprise terms that exclude training on customer data. We do not train or fine-tune models on your data without a separate written agreement.
