Our chat assistant tells you it is an AI at the start of every conversation, and a person reviews every request. We label AI-generated images and never make pricing commitments through AI.

You will know when you talk to an AI
Our chat assistant says it is an AI at the start of every conversation. This follows the EU AI Act, Art. 50, which applies since 2 Aug 2026. The assistant answers from content published on this site and approved by our team.
A person reviews every request
The assistant can help you describe a project, but it does not make decisions about you. A person reads every request before we reply or prepare a proposal. Any scope, timeline or price range you see before a call is indicative and confirmed by a person.
What the assistant will not do
- Make pricing commitments beyond the price bands we publish.
- Give legal or medical advice.
- Answer questions unrelated to our work.
Labelled AI images
If an image on this site was generated by AI, we label it.
Your data and AI models
- We remove personal details from chat messages before they are sent to a model.
- We store a chat transcript only with your consent.
- Use of client data to train models: client data is processed only by the AI providers listed on our sub-processors page, under their enterprise terms that exclude training on customer data; we do not train or fine-tune models on client data without a separate written agreement.
