Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator will manage and coordinate the delivery of high-impact training programs, workshops, and events for NanoSchool and Skillzip. The role involves content development, mentor onboarding, partnership building, and promotion of programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design and Delivery
● Develop, organize, and manage nanotechnology-focused programs for NanoSchool and interdisciplinary workshops for Skillzip.
● Ensure the content is engaging, research-driven, and delivered by field experts.
● Maintain a consistent feedback loop to improve program quality and learner satisfaction.
Mentor Recruitment and Engagement
● Identify, recruit, and onboard subject-matter experts for various programs.
● Provide ongoing support to mentors to maintain high teaching and engagement standards.
Institutional and Corporate Partnerships
● Collaborate with schools, colleges, and corporate entities to expand the reach of NanoSchool and Skillzip programs.
● Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders for collaborative initiatives.
Marketing and Social Media Management
● Work with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns for workshops and events.
● Manage social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement for programs.

Event Management
● Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, including conferences, webinars, and technical demonstrations.
● Handle logistics, speaker coordination, and participant engagement for seamless event delivery.
Performance Reporting and Analytics
● Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including enrollment metrics and learner feedback.
● Use data insights to refine program offerings and marketing strategies.
