All these above acts of misconduct are forbidden practices and are considered as acts of misconduct. Any employee of the organization should not indulge in any of the above mentioned acts within or outside the organizational premises. Management shall take suitable action against any errant employee as per observation of the disciplinary committee of Organization depending upon misconduct which may be including, but not limited to:
