Our team spends hours on repeat tasks that follow the same steps every time.

AI agents and workflow automation

AI agents that take on repeat, rule-based work in your team’s workflow, with a person approving the steps that matter.

Last updated

An AI agent is software that carries out a task in several steps, such as reading a request, looking up records and drafting a reply. We build agents for one clear task at a time, and a person approves the steps that matter.

What we build

  • Agents that handle one defined task from start to finish, such as screening requests or preparing drafts, with a person approving the result.
  • Connections to the tools you already use, such as email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and your own databases.
  • A dashboard that shows what each agent did, what it is waiting for and where it needed help.

How we work

  1. Step 1: Discover

    2–3 weeks

We agree the problem, the people who will use the tool and how we will measure success. We look at your data and the systems the tool must work with.

You receive: A short scoping note with the plan, the risks and a price range.

  2. Step 2: Pilot

    6–10 weeks

We build a small working version for one task and test it with a small group of real users. A pilot, not a platform.

You receive: A working pilot and a written evaluation of what worked and what did not.

  3. Step 3: Build

    3–6 months

We turn the pilot into a production tool, with the integrations, access control, privacy notices and tests it needs.

You receive: The production tool, its documentation and a handover session.

  4. Step 4: Run

    Ongoing, by agreement

We host, monitor and improve the tool. We use the same health checks and support process that we use for our own applications.

You receive: Monitoring, support and regular updates. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:30 IST, excluding Indian public holidays, with urgent issues raised on the support ticket channel, and a monthly service report.

Is this a fit?

A good fit if

  • The task happens often and follows mostly the same steps.
  • You can say what a good result looks like.
  • Someone on your team can review the agent’s work during the pilot.

Not a fit if

  • Every case is different and needs expert judgement each time.
  • Nobody can review the results during the pilot.
  • You want an agent to act without any human check on decisions about people or money.

Questions buyers ask

How long does a pilot take?

It depends on your data and the systems we connect to. Most pilots take 6–10 weeks. We confirm the timeline in the scoping note.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

We design each agent so a person approves the steps that matter. We log what the agent did, so you can see and correct mistakes. We measure the error rate during the pilot and share it with you.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

We agree how your data is used before any work starts, and we write it into the contract. Your data is processed only by the AI providers listed on our sub-processors page, under their enterprise terms that exclude training on customer data. We do not train or fine-tune models on your data without a separate written agreement.
