AI for marketing, media and D2C
Email validation, WhatsApp and email campaigns, YouTube marketing and content drafting tools, built and run for our group companies.
Last updated
We build and run marketing tools for our group companies: list validation, email and WhatsApp campaigns, YouTube marketing and content drafting. Every draft is reviewed by a person before it is published.
Where AI helps
- Checking contact lists before a campaign.
- Sending and tracking email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Drafting posts, emails and articles for a person to edit.
- Planning and reporting on campaigns across channels.
Compliance notes
- Consent and unsubscribe. Message only people who agreed to hear from you, and make unsubscribing easy.
- No dark patterns. India’s 2023 dark-pattern guidelines and EU consumer law forbid fake urgency, fake scarcity and pre-ticked boxes.
- India’s DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025. Substantive duties apply from 14 May 2027. They include a plain-language notice, withdrawal of consent that is as easy as giving it, a grievance officer contact and breach notices. Registration of consent managers opens in Nov 2026.
- GDPR and UK GDPR. They apply when you handle personal data of people in the EU or the UK. Expect questions about lawful basis, data export and deletion, sub-processors and transfers.
- EU AI Act, Article 50. Since 2 Aug 2026, a chatbot must tell people they are talking to an AI, and AI-generated images and video need a label.
