• Browser-based labs where students practise with guided steps and expected results.
• Helping teachers plan lessons and prepare material.
• Running online courses, certificates and mentoring.
• Answering repeat questions from students and applicants.

Live Labs has 13^[1] browser-based labs and 104^[2] guided steps, each with an expected result. Completions are not accredited qualifications.

• Children’s data. If your learners include children, the DPDP Act sets extra conditions, including consent from a parent or guardian.
• Accreditation. Be clear about what a completion is. A completion certificate is not an accredited qualification unless an accrediting body says so.
• India’s DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025. Substantive duties apply from 14 May 2027. They include a plain-language notice, withdrawal of consent that is as easy as giving it, a grievance officer contact and breach notices. Registration of consent managers opens in Nov 2026.
• GDPR and UK GDPR. They apply when you handle personal data of people in the EU or the UK. Expect questions about lawful basis, data export and deletion, sub-processors and transfers.
• EU AI Act, Article 50. Since 2 Aug 2026, a chatbot must tell people they are talking to an AI, and AI-generated images and video need a label.
